Az Soccer Camp LLC, at your discretion, collects personally identifiable information ("PII" -- that is, information such as your full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number) only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you and to secure registration to the camp. When we collect PII from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to have your child participate in activities provided by AZ Soccer Camp, LLC. - Return Policy
- Refund/Cancellation Policy of Az Soccer Camp LLC Please note that we plan our staffing needs according to registrations in order to provide a safe, structured atmosphere for our campers. Your registration fee includes a $150 non-refundable deposit?. If you cancel BEFORE mid-night, May 16, 2010, your registration fee will be mailed back to you minus the $150 deposit. This refund will be in the form of a check. Cancellations must be received in writing via email to scott@azsoccercamp.com. In addition to emailing your request to execute our cancellation/refund policy, you may call Scott Segerson at 480-217-4095. If you find somebody to register for Az Soccer Camp (of the same gender and general age of your son/daughter) your entire registration fee will be refunded no matter what date you registered. Please contact Scott Segerson if this is the case. Please note: No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal during camp, withdrawal because of illness/injury, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.
